People’s Progressive Party (PPP) presidential candidate Bidandi Saali’s convoy on Saturday 8/01/2011 knocked dead a 7 Year old boy “Yohana Opakrwoth” a son to Mr. Othembi Mario & Mss. Beatrice of Acwera-theruber village. The incident happened at around 7:30 pm 7 KM away from Nebbi Town. The Pajero registration number UG 0574B didn’t stop but rushed to police to report the incidence, and as the Parents tried to follow up the incidence, they found the vehicle at the police already.
