CEW-IT TEAM VISIT NAIROBI

On Thursday 28th April 2011, members from Citizen Election Watch- IT(CEW-IT) visited Nairobi .The aim of the visit was to share knowledge with different Organisations concerning governance through the use of ICT.The team was able to share knowledge with different organizations which include Constitution and Reform Education Consortium(CRE-CO),a network of NGOs based in Nairobi ,PAMOJA media an NGO that use webplatforms,communication tools such as photography and videos in marketing online .The team visited Citizen Coalition for Constitutional Culture(4CS),which is an NGO that deals in monitoring how public funds are being used and also provides civic education to the citizens concerns about human rights ,leadership and governance and gender equality.
The team also had a brief meeting with HIVOS one of the funder organisation at the HIVOS office in Nairobi.
