follow wing the interest of private election observers CEFORD too developed the interest and happens to be one of the private observers in the 2010 elections
the staffs were exited with the training and promised to give factual information and verify before publishing it. I Albert for one now feels competent and confident to do the work.
i know with this we shall have a fair elections in 2011
