PDP Presidential Candidate Dr. Abed Bwanika in his campaign in Arua on 29th November at Arua Hill ground at 4:30pm promised to transform Arua into a city status and shopping center; improve transport infrastructure especially the road network and upgrading the air field to airport; improve Health services with mobile clinics, free services for pregnant women, children under 5yrs and elders above 65yrs, improve energy, Agriculture, education and tourism sectors. He promised to lead for only 10yrs.
