On Thursday the 17th of February 2011, the ballot boxes for Arua district that had been received earlier on were dispatched to the various sub-counties ready for the voting exercise of 18th of February.The ware house were the boxes had been kept was opened in the presence of the District police Commander, The district returning Officer, observers and also party agents.
All the boxes for all the polling stations in Arua were sealed. They were later loaded and transported to the different sub-counties.
