Some of the boxes containing polling materials for Soroti district arrived at the EC offices with broken seals. The seals which have the serial number of the box were reportedly severed during transit. EC officials managed to re-seal some of the boxes but two remained unsealed. Party officials and representatives for the different candidates witnessed the storage of the boxes
