Although there were cases of late arrival of polling Officials and a slight delay in some of the polling stations, the voting exercise took of well in Arua, district.
In WENWA polling station, in Arua Hill Divisin , Arua district where the pictures above were, the poling officils arrived at 7.30am and the voting started at 8.00am.
The box containing election materials was sealed and opened in full view of the agents ,observers and more than 10 voters.
The box contained all the materials needed.
The voting procedures were followed, and the voter turn up was also good.
